You're just uncomfortable peeing in front of others.You should really see it as a good thing. You are just extremely civilized. No problem in that.

Probably you cán do it, it's just really against your nature, it really is a good thing.

No. Women can't hold it very long times, unless they (like men) have to. I don't know how long the average woman can, but I had to for about 45 minutes once - and it was no fun.
