that's a question for you're doctorI think you answered that yourself...the uterus is closed, nothing is coming out...

I'm really sorry this happened...it sucks. Here's what I'd suggest:
--Don't masturbate or have sex for a while, until your doctor says it's okay...
--Wear a pad, not a tampon
--Stay off your feet for a few days...and then stay away from heavy exertion, but do get light exercise like walking a mile every day or so
--Don't smoke!
--Take a folic acid vitamin thing
--Keep weight healthy
--Manage stress
--Limit caffeine
--Check that you have no STDs...get a doctor to screen you
