is by praying with faith.There may be "alternative" approaches, some people may mention herbs, or a healing guy. I honestly don't know anything a bout them or if they will work (I expect not). Medically speaking Surgery is your only option. It could have been prevented by keggel exercises, but to late for that now. it's a simple procedure really.

This prolapse is what's causing your incontinence, so the solution for both of them is surgery, sorry.
