This really should not be occurring. It happens when you use your abdominal muscles?

Do call the doctor's office who performed the surgery and report this, or call your GP, to rule out hernia.....

In the meantime, can discuss with your PE teacher, and parents to request a note excusing you from weight lifting until you get it looked at.
