How do you get good pelvis muscles?
Best answer:
Have a lot of sex. These are a killer. The most important beginner is hanging from a bar and doing untold numbers of reps pulling your knees up and then pulling up straight legs. Then doing more reps at angles over and over again. Then again blocked crunches and then angled right and left. But before these can be built up the lower back and upper and middle belly must be built first or you can injure yourself badly. Be careful create the whole package and it will come.

What happens to hip and pelvis joint muscles when one wears high heels?
Best answer:
http://www.pandf.com.au/Articles/downsideofhighheel.phpIt certainly throws everything out of alignment, so you put strain on all the joints and cause your lower back into an unnatural position, so it strains the hips. If this is done for too long, the body adjusts to this new position to the point that everything is out of whackLet's see, high heels destroy your posture, so if you wear 'em a lot, then you get used to your feet pushed up, so then it hurts to stand straight. So basically, you'll face pain when you wear flip flops or flats. High heels also shorten the achilles tendon which is basically that weird string thingy on the back of your feet. So then, when you wear flats or just walk without high heels, it hurts because you're stretching the tendon. You also tend to knee pop or scrunch down. You're also impairing balance, since all that weight is supposed to be equal, but you're distributing it to the feet and heel unevenly. You may also feel your hips hurt since your pounding your feet on the heel which makes the pelvis/hip hurt. High heels may also lead to Arthritis. The ligaments of your thighs also get tightened which causes more pain due to the heel. Strappy heels cause corns and bunions, sometimes ingrown toe nails since you squeeze the foot in the straps. Stiletos are very unhealthy, since they only have a skinny arch for support. wedges provide support, but still cause all the symptoms listed above.
