Have a lot of sex.These are a killer. The most important beginner is hanging from a bar and doing untold numbers of reps pulling your knees up and then pulling up straight legs. Then doing more reps at angles over and over again. Then again blocked crunches and then angled right and left. But before these can be built up the lower back and upper and middle belly must be built first or you can injure yourself badly. Be careful create the whole package and it will come.

The ligaments of your thighs also get tightened which causes more pain due to the heel. Strappy heels cause corns and bunions, sometimes ingrown toe nails since you squeeze the foot in the straps. Stiletos are very unhealthy, since they only have a skinny arch for support. wedges provide support, but still cause all the symptoms listed above.
