You can do Kegel exercises. Squeeze the muscles that you would to stop the flow of urine. Do that over and over to strengthen your muscles. Are you sure it's urine and not vaginal discharge? You are pretty young to be leaking urine.If you have a weak bladder a lot of urine will come out. Make sure its not something else. If thats truly what you have there is medication to stop it.
