I was in a lot of pain after mine. When abdominal surgery is done laparoscopic they inject air/gas into the cavity to help move organs around so the doctor can better see what he/she is doing. Try to walk as much as possible to help move the gas out of your system. I got really bad pain under my collar bone, again it was gas pressure.
