Hard to say without an exam. Normally a prolapsed bladder will be obvious as it will start to hang down within the vaginal cavity, or even protrude from the vagina. Have you taken a look down there with a mirror, to see if anything has obviously changed?

It could equally be the intercourse, if it was a bit energetic. It hasn't been long since your op and things are likely to be tender down there.

Finally I wouldn't rule out a UTI, even with 2 neg results.... stranger things have happened. Though it seems the least likely explanation given the test results...
