Q&A: Incontinence?

Incontinence?
Best answer:
Try talking to your doctor. Would it be possible for you to get off the diuretics (since that seems to be causing the problem) and get a different blood pressure medication? In the meantime, you could try the adult diapers. Good luck and hope this helps.

I'm not aware of anything that can be done without medical aid.If you are mineral deficient, especially in zinc, your organs that depend upon a particular mineral for support will enlarge to compensate for the lack of that mineral. Zinc is specific to the prostate gland. If you are deficient in zinc, it will enlarge and can cause this problem.

Additionally, you could have an issue with your bladder being weak as well. If you are taking ascorbic acid as a supplement, it is likely that it is a synthetic vitamin made from coal tar. The single element, ascorbic acid, is not vitamin C, but is one component of the "C" complex. When you take it, or eat it in food that contains it, your body has to complete the complex to make it effective. Ascorbic acid will not even cure scurvy. It's a scam by pill manufacturers to give you a cheap product and call it vitamin C. The bioflavanoids that are part of the typical C complex, will be extracted from your body. These bioflavanoids are necessary for strengthening the uterine track. If you also get a minor infection in that area, biofilms are produced that protect the bacteria from your macrophages and that can cause irritation and cause your problem.

You can solve this issue.

If it is a zinc deficiency, you can take a supplement for that. You have to be careful not to over do it, because that will make you deficient in copper. Copper is used by the adrenal glands and that organ can become weak if you don't have a good balance between the zinc and copper in your body.

If you have an excess of copper, you will be deficient in zinc.

O.K., having said all that, you just need to get the right product in you that will take care of your issue. There are ways to test you to determine the exact amounts you need, but you will need to see a QRA practitioner to do that.

e-mail me if you want detailed information on this and I will be glad to steer you correctly.

good luck to you
