Opening the bowel should be a habit that we all develop as we mature, so we can say, 'I go to the toilet at 6pm, or midnight', some at 6am, every day! That way if we fail to go, chances are we are constipated, if we go to often we have diarrhea. Training your bowel is akin to learning how to walk! If you eat regular meals, then you will have regular bowel habits. If you eat healthy food, then you will regulate your bowel movements. It is all about routine and habit. The fact you get nervous, is the problem.
