Weak pelvic muscles?
Best answer:
Kiegels baby Kielgels. They will lift that pelvic floor right up!!Pretty much all a Physical Therapist will do for you is get you to do pelvic floor exercises (Kegels). Once you've mastered the Kegel, you can find pelvic exercise weights (may be sold under the name of Ben-Wa balls) to help tone those muscles even further. Even though they are a legitimate therapeutic tool, you may have to visit an adult website or novelty store to find them.
The nice thing about Kegels is that you can do them anywhere at anytime and nobody will even know it. ;)you needs to do pelvic floor exercises, hold your self in as if you need the toilet but cant, ten times daily, in and out. That should strengthen your muscles xdont have them problems but i would work it out ten min..s aday
Please help! Anything helpful would be appreciated!?

Call the hospital you plan to take her to to have the hysterectomy. All hospitals have options for patients with no health insurance. Either through the state or hospital, they can give her forms for medical assistance.
Her husband should also have Tri-Care through the veterans service. Ask her husband about that.Medical Discount Plan
ideal for those who cannot afford or qualify for traditional health insurance. The companies offer discounted health services for a quite low monthly fee. Benefits include a range of discounts for doctors, hospitals, dental, vision, prescriptions, vitamins, as well as other health services.
Short Term Medical Plans
This plan is ideal for individuals in transition. Maybe you have just graduated from college and are no longer covered under your student health insurance or you moved out on your own, and you're no longer covered under your parents' medical insurance plan. Or perhaps you're employed part-time, going to school, leaving home for the first time, or even retiring early. Maybe you've found a new job, but your new employer's group health insurance plan won't kick in until you've been with months.
It is a common situation that you met like many other persons,be patient, check the resource from here www.HealthInsuranceIdeas.info i found quite useful to solve my similiar issues.
