Give ur body time, let it heal and have time to relax. After my son it took a bit but im better then before now ;)Not a lot of heart disease in this question suggest you start it with Problem after giving birth.

the pessary is a rubber, or pvc ring. dr will measure the top inside of your vagina for size and fit the correct size for you.
it fits at top of vagina and is held in place by pelvic bone.
it can be removed , cleaned and replaced by dr or nurse.
every six months as a general guide, but it depends where you live.
recommendations on how often it needs to be cleaned vary.
but if you are still having periods, then it may need cleaning more often.
