Hello again! Yes, being too tired will make it worse. you have to remember your heart is a muscle and like the rest of your body, when you are tired it is to. When you take long trips be sure and get out and walk some, need to keep circulation good. Fatigue, caffeine, stress, dehydration, high or low blood pressure can make you more aware of the symptoms. You really do need to rest, relax, drink plenty of water and watch the salt. Pray and take time to enjoy the things you are doing each day, don't be in a hurry and when the symptoms start, rest. I will keep you in my prayers.
